Flowcrete UK Wins Silver for Staff Investment
Flowcrete UK has been awarded the Investors in People Silver standard in recognition of the high-quality people management policies that have supported, developed and motivated its employees.
The company, based in Sandbach, Cheshire, has been manufacturing specialist resin floors for use in large-scale industrial and commercial environments for over 30 years. Its products have been installed in some of the most high-profile developments around the world, including Wembley, the Dubai International Airport, the 02 Arena and the Dubai Mall.
The Investors in People award is based on the result of interviews with members of staff. The report on Flowcrete praised not only the positive, loyal, dedicated and well-motivated mind-set of the staff but also the approachable manner of the management team and the policies of staff development and family-life/work life balance arrangements that have been implemented.
