AV Danzer helps pharmacy out of a tight spot
AV Danzer hire has enabled a pharmacy in Manchester to achieve the 2-metre social distance requirement when dispensing prescriptions by delivering a unit to increase its space.
Windmill Lane Chemists, just down the road from AV Danzer’s Denton Depot, has restricted space inside and struggled to meet the distance guidelines, so decided to add a modular building.
However, there was also no space around the building and only limited room to the rear. The team at AV Danzer were not fazed and brought in a 100-tonne crane to lift the unit over the shop and slot it in the space behind, which was just wide enough to allow the unit to fit and open the doors!
This unit will now become the dispensary for the shop.
