What is the HSE's view regarding walk on glass?

Utilising walk on glass as access for other trades other than window cleaners?

What is the employers responsibilities under the Wokplace act expecting people to walk on glass for access?

I have not been able to find anything from the HSE specifically dealing with the hazards of walk on glass. However, some users have expressed a fear of slippage and this is covered by the HSE Guidelines HSG 156 Slips and Trips. I am not sure that this is your concern. It may be best to contact HSE direct via their website www.hse.gov.uk

Kind regards
