Where to buy interlocking building blocks
- Yorkin Associates - Unit 3, Station Goods Yard, Station Road, Long Buckby, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN6 7QA, 01327 843903
I wish to construct raised flower beds at my allotment 1 metre wide x 5 metres long and 0.9 metres high for people with various disabilities.
I wish the height to be adjustable, as I need to be able to take the height down to about 600mm if the gardener changed and needed a lower raised bed.
Is there anything you could suggest?
There are some interesting specialist products on the market that may suffice. Take a look at www.woodblocx.co.uk ,an interlocking pine wood block system that can be disassembled for reconfiguration at a later date. Also worth considering, is an ingenious British, modular, raised bed system, comprising recycled upvc boards, known as Link-a Bord. This system is sold by a number of companies including www.harrodhorticultural.com and www.sutton.seeds.co.uk.
I hope that this helps with your project.
Kind regards
