Urban Front discusses merits of matching doors
To match or not to match front and garage doors – that is the question that architects and homeowners face. Quality doors manufacturer Urban Front says there isn't a wrong or right choice here. Many people prefer to make their front door stand out from the rest of the building, but matching styles also work well, as in the case study below.
Strawberry House is a 1930s art deco house that has been sympathetically updated. Design details include barred windows and grey internal doors. Outside, there are matching front, side and garage doors from Urban Front.
The house features Urban Front’s Raw E80 arched front door in a stained Oak with an Option 11 handle and letterplate, two side doors in Raw E80 in the same finish and the extension side door as a Terano E80.
The garage doors are up and over doorsets in the same design - the Raw in stained Oak.
