Servaclean system for secret bar at new steakhouse

A chic bar at a new premium steakhouse in Aberdeen uses Servaclean’s fixed bar system to help staff serve up cocktails with stylish efficiency.

Basement bar at Vovem

Vovem Meat & Liquor in 254 Union Street, Aberdeen, is the latest offering from PB Development Company (PB Devco). The vibrant venue embodies the contemporary, sophisticated and innovative.

Paul Clarkson, of PB Devco, explained his ideas to the Servaclean team – what he wanted the bar to achieve from an operational point of view - and that he wanted the venue to include a secret basement bar.

This was no problem for team Servaclean, as the company’s bar planning process and functional modular stainless-steel bar building system is suitable for all shapes and sizes, even secret bars. The Servaclean fixed bar system is capable of supporting any type of counter top and front panelling, as shown in the image above.

Paul explained that the large bar would serve up a diverse range of spirits, beer and soft drinks, with emphasis on specially crafted cocktails. From this information Servaclean was able to design and plan a functional bar system that would maximise behind-the-bar efficiency.
