Servaclean bar systems are tops for hygiene
With EHO regulations and the recent COVID-19 measures, more and more people are becoming aware of how hygienic and clean places should be. When it comes to bars, Servaclean’s systems have been proven to optimise hygiene.
Servaclean’s patented design GLASShelf is unique. The wire shelving components are dip-coated in Rilsan® PA11, a high-performance food quality polymer that tolerates temperatures much hotter than boiling water and doesn’t crack or peel.
A Microbiological Report, originally completed by Sheffield Polytechnic in October 1989, showed this to be the most hygienic way to store glasses after washing, with the glassware remaining clean until next used. The report was verified as a robust study and the original data/results were endorsed in June 2020 by Sheffield Hallam University, one of the leading universities in microbiology.
The results show that glasses stored on a Servaclean GLASShelf, 24 hours after washing, had a non-detected germ count proving that the pinpoint contact between the specially coated wire shelf and the glass rim maintains glass hygiene until next used – this result applies to all germs.
In addition, the unique open framework design of Servaclean’s BarFrame allows excellent ventilation and airflow reducing germ harbouring moisture. All equipment and services can be accessed easily and quickly, enabling cleaning to take place under, behind, everywhere. The stainless steel structure and components are manufactured from food quality 304 grade stainless steel.
Components include hand wash sinks and all these are fitted with lever style mixer taps for single hand operation. The design includes an integral soap dispenser and a paper towel roll holder to ensure hygiene maintenance.
