Origin Launches Biggest TV Campaign to Date
Leading folding sliding doors manufacturer Origin is sponsoring Dream Homes on Sky TV for the next three months and kicked off the campaign with the first showing of ‘Origin, a new species of door’ on Sunday 1st June.
Origin’s biggest television ad campaign to date depicts the origin and evolution of the door, using 10 second comical sketches. Each sketch shows how doors have progressed from the dark ages through to modern times, with the action flitting between a Neanderthal and modern-day couple. It includes sweeping panoramic shots of the Origin bi-folding door.
The ad will run until the end of August during Dream Homes on Sky channel 246 and Virgin 265 and is backed by press, digital and social media activity.

This will be the second TV campaign for the brand, which has previously advertised on UKTV Home Channel.
