New approved Picote service centre at S1E base
With customers who are key workers in the water sector, Source One Environmental (S1E) remains open and able to fulfil orders for customers. Additional measures are in place for the safety of staff and customers.
The company has just opened an approved Picote Service Centre at its Yorkshire base, meaning Picote users in the UK now have a new alternative if their tools require service or repair. S1E Operations Manager Russell Edwards stated: “Our staff have been trained by the technical experts at Picote so that we can offer a consistent, high level of service and get customers’ essential equipment back to them in top condition.”
S1E has been a Picote stockist and distributor since late 2017, carrying a wide selection of the Picote range for swift completion of UK customer orders. Stocked products include milling machines at the core of the Picote range, as well as an array of tools covering all manner of pipe cleaning and unblocking applications.
“The Picote machines are very robust and reliable, but heavy use in difficult conditions can, of course, leave them requiring a service from time to time,” Russell said. “We can now carry this out for customers who feel their machine needs some attention and we have the necessary tools and spares here, as well as the expertise now, to keep customers’ machines working to best effect.”
