Instarmac supports GB athlete

Meghan Beesley, GB and England 400m hurdles runner, is back from injury and aiming for gold! Instarmac is pleased to announce that the company will be supporting her in her quest.

Meghan Beesley in action

Meghan, from Polesworth, Staffordshire, has already competed internationally and has been previously selected for Commonwealth and European championships, cementing her position within the GB squad and UK ranking of second. Sustaining an unfortunate foot injury cut short her 2014 campaign, she is now back to fitness and hungry for success! Meghan is currently training for this year’s World Championships to be held in Beijing from the 22nd - 30th August.

Since 2012, Meghan has trained and been coached full time at Loughborough University. She takes part in Sport for Schools and has secured National Lottery funding. Both schemes only support elite athletes who show real promise and are tipped for the top!

Meghan states: “Without the support of companies such as Instarmac, I would not be able to compete for my country. I love to run and always have, it is my dream. I am so grateful for their sponsorship and look forward to building a long term relationship as an Instarmac ambassador.”

Instarmac will be posting monthly updates on Meghan’s progress online. Look out for these updates and if you would like to follow her on Twitter and Facebook search for @meghanbeesley and Meghan Beesley respectively.

Instarmac has been supplying specialist highway maintenance and construction products to the UK and worldwide markets since 1977. Its brand names include Ultracrete, Ultrascape, Ultra Tile, Ultra Floor, Wondertex and i-fix.
