Gold garden features Stanton Bonna pipes
With the opening of the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival today, staff at Stanton Bonna are excited to see the reaction to one of the show gardens.
The company’s precast concrete pipes are part of a garden created by The Garden Club London and Thames Water, designed around managing and preventing the effects of climate change – and the finished creation has won a Gold medal!
The Flourishing Future Garden reminds visitors of the need to take care of precious water during increasingly unpredictable weather patterns. It includes areas featuring drought-friendly planting and permeable paving, to demonstrate how gardeners can make a difference to water usage and preventing flooding.
Stanton Bonna Quality Control Technician Chris Taylor supervised the delivery of the pipes to the site, shown above during the building of the show garden.
