The FillPak TT, PadPak Guardian, and Geami Wrap ‘n Go™ systems are designed to enhance packaging processes, reduce waste, and minimise environmental impact, while ensuring the safe delivery of products to customers.
FillPak TT: Smarter void filling for secure shipments
The FillPak TT is an innovative void-filling machine that utilises paper filler material to stabilise and protect products during shipping. By securely locking items in place within the box, the FillPak TT reduces the risk of damage caused by impacts or vibrations.
This efficient and reliable system dispenses paper filler on demand at high volumes, enabling GEZE UK to reduce its packaging material usage. As a sustainable alternative to plastic fillers previously used, the FillPak TT aligns with GEZE UK’s commitment to reducing its environmental footprint.
PadPak Guardian: Advanced cushioning for fragile items
The PadPak Guardian provides superior cushioning to protect fragile items from shocks and vibrations during transit. Its compact design and fast-loading system allow paper to be replenished in as little as 20 seconds, significantly improving packing efficiency.
When minor disruptions occur, such as a paper jam, they can be resolved quickly with a single button, further reducing waste and downtime. By adopting the PadPak Guardian, GEZE UK has streamlined its packaging processes and enhanced product protection.
Geami Wrap ‘n Go™: Innovative protective wrapping
The Geami Wrap ‘n Go™ system transforms die-cut kraft paper into a 3D honeycomb structure, offering exceptional protection against scratches and surface damage.
