Customer Satisfaction Pays off for Furniture Supplier of the Year
In recognition of its unrivalled commitment to the highest standards of customer service, Moores Furniture Group was honoured to be awarded with the title of Furniture Supplier of the Year at a black tie event hosted by one of its biggest customers, JP Distribution.
As a major distributor of kitchen and bathroom products throughout the UK, JPD has been a valued supporter of Moores Furniture for a number of years, distributing the company’s Four Seasons range of kitchens to retail customers up and down the country. This successful working relationship is largely down to the manufacturer and distributor sharing the same passion for offering the best possible service to their customers, from initial manufacture of goods, through to delivery and installation.
JP Distribution recently hosted its 30-year anniversary ball, attended by nearly 200 guests including suppliers and manufacturers from throughout the kitchen and bathroom industry. During the evening, JPD presented several awards to its customers to help it mark three decades in the business and Moores’ Chief Executive Office Tom Waltasaari and Sales & Marketing Director Kevin Tolson were delighted to receive the accolade of Furniture Supplier of the Year on behalf of the Four Seasons brand.
