Couple choose bespoke replacements from The Sash Window Workshop
The Sash Window Workshop was contacted by a couple in Buckinghamshire who were looking to replace several of the timber windows in their property.
Their enquiry was assigned to a sales surveyor who arranged a visit to assess the windows and provide them with a quotation for the work.
A couple of meetings were held with the customer to discuss and review the details of the quotation and an order was placed by the customer for a timber back door and 21 replacement casement windows, comprising a mixture of single, double and bay windows.
The door and windows were manufactured in Accoya™, which comes with a 50-year anti-rot guarantee alongside The Sash Window Workshop’s 20-year joinery guarantee.
Internally the windows and door were painted in standard white, with a bespoke green paint applied externally.
The installation was carried out by The Sash Window Workshop over 2 weeks, with a site manager visiting the property on two occasions to check that the installation was progressing smoothly.
