Cemplas adds to its portfolio of specialised waterproofing work

Specialist contractor Cemplas Waterproofing and Concrete Repairs Ltd was appointed by F B Ellmers Ltd to undertake a varied package of waterproofing works at a pair of semi-detached properties in Ingram Avenue, north London.

The £155k package comprised installing a Delta slurry/cavity membrane system to the sub-basement, lower and upper basements, and the application of Deuxan 2C polymer modified bitumen thick film sealant to the external roof terrace.
Cemplas operatives also applied Sika 1 waterproof tanking to the walls and floors of the developments lift pits.
Following completion of all works, Cemplas provided a 10-year guarantee, and completely satisfied with all works Ellmers signed off a certificate of completion.
