Ultra Floor Leveller Scores 10 out of 10
CFA member and regular Ultra Floor customer English County Flooring Ltd was faced with a challenging residential flooring project. Level and lay new floors in 10 flats in only 10 days while the block was still housing residents. Fortunately for English County Flooring Ltd. Ultra Floor provided the perfect solution.
Ultra Floor recommended Level IT super30 as the leveller for such a project. It is a two-part system that when applied smoothes and levels internal substrates with irregular surfaces. The product’s rapid-setting properties allow for foot traffic after only 30 minutes and decorative floor coverings can be laid after just 3 hours.
Such product capabilities allowed for each flat’s new floor to be fitted within a single day. This included stripping the existing floor covering, diamond abrading the substrate, priming using Ultra Floor Prime IT N, levelling with Level IT super30 and fitting the chosen floor covering, a Tarkett safety product.
The project was a total of 600 square metres and Level IT super30 was laid at a depth of 6mm.
In summary, the company’s team of fitters completed the project on time regardless of the awkward working conditions and extremely tight deadline.
