Revetment secures deal to supply VitaPore
Revetment Limited and BionicPore Building Solutions Limited (BBS) today signed an agreement to promote the solutions of VitaPore GmbH in the UK.
The solutions from BionicPore are likely to be of huge significance to the conservation market as well as the broader construction market as a whole.
Vita BionicPore Plaster is a lime-based plaster that allows walls to breathe and dry out naturally whilst staying dry to the touch and has been described by one RICS member as the “holy grail of lime-based plaster.” Because this is a non-intrusive solution this product will be address many issues in historic buildings, churches, tunnels, cellars, basements and period homes.
Vita BionicPore Insulation is a very unique and organic replacement for polystyrene based insulation products. The product can be supplied as boards or for large buildings or new builds can be sprayed on to both internal and external walls. The insulation material forms a hard surface so can also be used effectively for floor insulation. Use of organic materials gives a whole life cycle that is completely green. It uses a cold mix process in its production and it is fully recyclable at the end of its life.
