New Directors Appointed at EnviroVent
Hornbeam Park-based EnviroVent has recently announced the promotion of two current female managers to director level.
Rebecca Marczak and Caroline Wright, both residents of Harrogate, have been promoted to marketing director and HR director at the company which is the UK’s leading manufacturer of low-energy, sustainable domestic ventilation equipment.
Nick Heaton, managing director of EnviroVent said: “Rebecca and Caroline have worked for EnviroVent for many years and have played a very important part in the rapid growth and success of the company. Human Resources and Marketing are essential to forward thinking companies like ourselves, both Caroline and Rebecca have performed vital roles to facilitate our growth and therefore thoroughly deserve to be promoted to director positions.”
Rebecca has been instrumental in developing the company’s corporate brand and also creating maximum awareness for EnviroVent’s energy efficient and eco-friendly ventilation products. Her achievements were recognized by the industry at the prestigious H&V News Awards, where the company won best Marketing Initiative for 2009.
Having successfully built up a business with a turnover in excess of a million before she was 25, Caroline has developed EnviroVent’s HR department into a team of 3 and has set up a number of new employee recognition schemes and training programmes.
Darren Chadwick, a former EnviroVent installer who has worked for the company for 16 years, has also been promoted to installation director.
