Integrity Software Named Team of the Year
Integrity Software is celebrating its success after being awarded ‘Team of the Year’ at the 2010 Construction Computing awards.
The award was presented to Integrity Software at the gala dinner held in London on 25th November with around 200 people from the industry’s leading companies attending the awards ceremony at The Guoman Tower Hotel, overlooking Tower Bridge.
Integrity Software places a huge emphasis on providing the highest level of customer service to its users of construction accounting packages Evolution and Mardak. The combination of fast and effective support responses, weekly product webinar sessions, monthly customer Road Show events and user Think Tank sessions saw Integrity pick up the award.
The award reflects the contribution of the entire team at Integrity. When users call on the Support Team, over 92% of calls are responded to within 20 minutes and 99% within the hour, resulting in as little disruption to the work flow of busy users.
Integrity also runs monthly customer Road Show events providing users with the chance to meet the team, resolve any issues and get a feel for all the new features available for the software. Rob Turvil of WA Hills Ltd commented: "The Road Show event in Colchester was a very useful and informative day and gave us a great insight into the new features of the system".
Other initiatives include weekly webinars providing users with ‘how to’ style product overviews including completing financial procedures, best housekeeping tips and how to utilise time saving tools within the system. "I have found all the webinars very useful; I've been using the system for a long time but constantly learn new things about it," commented Jenny Black of Frederick J French Ltd.
