Hansgrohe Leads the Way at ISH
Hansgrohe will exhibit at ISH in its customary prime position in the historic Festhalle, Hall 2.0. As always, the stand will be entirely populated with new products, comprising new collections, welcome additions and a high profile new design collaboration from Axor, the designer brand from Hansgrohe.
First premiered in Paris last year, Axor Bouroullec is officially launched at the ISH show, in Frankfurt from March 15 - 19, and is available immediately in the UK.
This latest partnership with French brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec has resulted in a comprehensive bathroom collection with flexibility at its heart. More than 70 products – mixers, accessories, showers, wash basins and bath tubs give the user freedom to create an ensemble that ideally suits their everyday needs. The position of the mixer is not pre-determined: the user can decide where to locate the spout and handles, either on the basin itself, around the sides or on the wall. Integrated shelves permit flexible positioning of the mixer and also provide personal tiered storage space.
Designed to “radiate calm and thus create a warm balance within the space”, Axor Bouroullec is pleasing on the eye and comfortable to use thanks to soft, free flowing lines and no corners or edges.
Not to be outshone by its designer brand, Hansgrohe also has many innovations poised for launch. No fewer than nine basin mixer lines will be unveiled in the entry to mid price range brackets, plus there will be additions to the PuraVida collection to increase versatility and enhance attractiveness further for project applications.
When launched at ISH 2009, the soft, asymmetric lines of PuraVida redefined the bathroom as a modern, more feminine space enhanced by the striking new colour combination of pure white and classic chrome. Continuing this successful theme, at ISH2011 look out for a new shower collection, comprising hand showers, showerpipes and a new showerpanel that will also be sporting the winning dream team combination of white and chrome.

About Hansgrohe – the original from the Black Forest
During its almost 109-year history, the company Hansgrohe (www.hansgrohe.com), with head office in Schiltach in the Black Forest, has acquired a reputation in the sanitation sector as one of the innovative leaders in technology and design.
With its fittings, showers and shower systems, Hansgrohe creates the original products that make the bathroom more functional, more comfortable and more beautiful. It is no coincidence that they can be found in prominent prestigious projects such as on the giant cruiser Queen Mary II, in Terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport in London, in the German Reichstag and at the Chancellor's office in Berlin, in the Yoo luxury apartments in New York or at the Masdar City Institute of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi.
In 2008, the company generated sales of around EUR 668 million with its Axor, Hansgrohe, Pharo and Pontos brands (2007: EUR 661 million). The Hansgrohe Group currently has a global workforce of about 3,200 employees, with about two-thirds of them working in Germany. The company, which takes tough action against product piracy and intellectual property theft, manufactures its products in six German plants, in France, the Netherlands, in the U.S. and in China.
