EnviroVent scoops Yorkshire Post Business in Excellence Award!
The UK’s fastest-growing ventilation company EnviroVent has been recognised for its innovative designs, sustainable ethos and continued commitment to UK manufacturing by scooping a distinguished Business in Excellence Award.
Heightened concerns about landfill space, which is due to run out in less than ten years, prompted EnviroVent to draw on its expertise in design, manufacture, sales, maintenance and exchange, to revolutionise extractor fan technology and create sustainable, low-maintenance products – now acknowledged with award-winning recognition.
This year had seen a marked rise in the number of entries hoping to win one of the prestigious awards which hallmark Yorkshire’s finest in business. David Cameron, leader of the Conservative Party was the key speaker; he emphasized the importance of British manufacturing by highlighting its vital role in the road to UK economic recovery.
The award was presented to Managing Director, Nick Heaton and Marketing Manager, Rebecca Marczak by BBC Breakfast Business Correspondent Declan Curry. The delighted Nick Heaton said “This is fantastic! EnviroVent has been growing considerably over the past few years and the current economic climate presents us with opportunities to continue innovating. However, in these uncertain times there is no room for complacency; plans have been put into place to ensure that we remain on course.”
