A New Beginning for Landau and Parapan
It is with great pleasure that Landau Holdings formally announces the acquisition of the Parapan brand, manufacturing and distribution for the UK.
Landau has purchased the existing stock, goodwill and exclusive rights to the Parapan brand in the UK to sit in tandem with its kitchen door business and accessories division. The Hull company has been established for over 25 years and supplies kitchen and joinery products to retailers, shopfitters, architects, designers and independents.
The business has enjoyed sustained growth and feels this is an excellent opportunity to add a successful and iconic brand to the existing portfolio.
Nigel Mertens, Landau Parapan MD, said: “We are pleased to announce this important acquisition, we intend to both honour and develop the relationship with all current and indeed potential Parapan customers, whilst introducing these new and exciting door ranges to the Landau client base. Parapan has traded successfully for over 13 years and built a solid reputation on the back of a quality and desirable product that we intend to develop and market alongside our existing product ranges.”
Landau took over the day to day fulfilment of Parapan orders from 5th September 2011.
