W. Howard Limited are manufacturers of MDF mouldings, products include skirtings, architraves, window boards, door casings and door linings. The product range consists of over 160 profiles and sizes and finishes in white primed, veneered and laminated. As well as a vast core range offering we are also able to manufacture bespoke products.

Our main site in Manchester handles all manufacturing, administration and deliveries. We also have a further manufacturing site in Powys which produces the veneered and laminated products and a collection and distribution depot in London.

As well as manufacturing MDF mouldings we also supply a wood composite decking product.

Primer Mould – Primed MDF Mouldings

Available in over 120 profiles and sizes

• Available for delivery within 5 working days
• Twice primed, moisture resistant
• Defect free, no splits, warps or knots
• Skirtings and Architraves available in a range of 5.4m and 4.4m lengths
• Door casings and linings available ex-stock. The stock range is a shrink wrapped adjustable head product. These products suit 8 different door sizes, the head of the set can be cut on site to suit the door width
• All products are FSC certified
• Primer Mould +Plus Veneered MDF Mouldings
• Available ex-stock in an Oak and Walnut finish
• Available in a variety of sizes and profiles
• Other profiles, sizes and veneers are available manufactured to order
• Door linings available, Door linings are a fully adjustable product to suit door imperial or metric doors
• Supplied unfinished ready for a wax, oil, lacquer or wood stain finish
• A defect free alternative to solid timber
• FSC certified

Primer Mould +Plus Polyco Laminated products

• Window Boards, Tough melamine laminate, bonded onto a P3 moisture resistant chip board core
• Skirtings and architraves, polyester laminate bonded onto a moisture resistant MDF core.
• Pre-finished, no decorating required
• Available in a variety of sizes, patterns and colours
• End caps and Mitre joints are available in the finish of the window board
• All products FSC certified

Primer Mould +Plus Wood composite decking

• Recycled product manufactured using recovered hardwood fibre and recycled premium grade polyethylene plastic
• Low maintenance, no decorating required only occasional washing
• Will not rot or decay
• Hardwearing will not split or crack
• Available in a variety of colours
• Slip resistant
