Unimac offers a huge choice of best quality workplace products at affordable prices. They include:

Spill Absorbents

Unimac supplies a wide range of spill absorbents that are essential to keep work areas safe. All have been proven to provide a quick and effective clean-up. They are available in varying sizes to suit numerous situations. This category covers

  • Maintenance Absorbents: Highly absorbent material ideal for most spills happening during maintenance and repair jobs. Available as pads, mats, pillows, socks and rolls.
  • Oil Only Absorbents: Designed to remove oil from water, these products come in pad, roll, pillow, sock and boom formats.
  • Chemical Absorbents: Coloured yellow as a recognition that hazardous substances are involved; this range includes pads, pillows, socks and rolls to deal with spills of acids, alkalis and all chemicals.
  • Marine Absorbents: Capable of absorbing all hydrocarbon-based spills, a range of mats, booms and socks that float on water even when saturated.
  • Absorbent Granules: Loose granules for liquid spills - including clay granules, dust-free granules for chemicals, environmentally-friendly granules made from recycled softwood and Absodan granules to remove oils and chemicals from highways.
  • Plant Nappy: Placed under smaller machinery such as water pumps and generators, these prevent leaking fuel or oil contaminating soil while allowing rainwater through. Available in three sizes.

Spill Kits

Having a spill kit on hand is a reliable way to enable spills to be tackled immediately. Unimac’s kits come in formats to deal with all types and sizes of spills. The spill kits are contained within bags, buckets, wall lockers or wheelie bins and contain products necessary to deal with:
