Services
Triangle has a skilled and dedicated team who provide CAD design services for all the products and each design is approved by the client prior to fabrication. Steel fabrication and welding services are available both on-site and within the company’s own workshop. The majority of projects are carried out in the south of England by skilled and certified tradesmen. Manufacturing Processes
Triangle has the capability to work with the needs of the customer and draws upon the extensive experience of the dedicated design team; delivering a wide spectrum of solutions for an array of engineering projects. The company can carry out simple fabrications through to high specification automated projects and has many years of experience project managing medium sized jobs as a main contractor. The company has qualified engineers who can design and implement electrical, instrumentation and automation services to complement many of the fabrications. The manufacturing processes include:
- Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding: TIG is an arc welding method which utilises a non-consumable tungsten electrode to create the weld. This process is used for welding thin sections of stainless steel, aluminium, copper and magnesium.
- Metal Inert Gas (MIG) Welding: MIG welding is a method in which an electric arc forms between a consumable wire and the work piece metal, causing them to melt and join together and is a faster form of welding.
- Laser Profiling and Cutting: Triangle's laser profiling can create profiles from the simplest of components through to extremely complex shapes. Triangle can handle 3m x 1.5m sheets and can cut up to 20mm thick mild steel and "clean cut" thicknesses of up to 12cm in stainless steel.
- Tube and Structural Bending: Pipe and tube bending services are available for small through to large projects such as handrails, bridges, skateboard parks and bespoke requirements.
- Powder Coating, Painting and Galvanising: Painting and powder coating services for the fabricated products are available to suit specific requirements. The team can paint steel to Type 2 Epoxy System to Environment Inland B (salt road) specifications (4-coat system). Galvanising services are also available for fabricated and structural steel products.
The product range includes:
- Grids: Triangle designs, manufactures and installs highway cattle grids to BS 4008:2006 specification. The service includes groundwork, concreting and tarmacking for any width of road. The grids feature steel nosing, drainage and ramps (to aid escape for small animals) and can be made with a depth of up to 230mm and finished with a galvanised or primed and painted finish. Triangle manufactures Type 1, Type 2, RSJ and tubular grids for farm, estate and forestry roads. On-site repairs are available for grids in the New Forest, Hampshire and Dorset areas.
- Staircases: Triangle designs and manufactures a broad range of staircases ranging from interior to industrial designs. The staircases are manufactured to UK standards and regulations, ensuring they are suitable for the environment where they are installed. The staircase designs include spiral, helical and straight options, as well as other designs such as stringers and spine backs. Every staircase is accompanied by handrails and balustrades.
- Handrails: The handrails designed by Triangle use hot rolled, carbon, galvanised and stainless steel and each is customised to suit every installation. Triangle also offers a range of associated products including railings, ladders, stairs, platforms and access catwalks. Additional services include design, fabrication, welding and assembly, as well as aftersales and maintenance services.
- Balustrades: Triangle has created unique and interesting balustrade designs for small and large interior and exterior areas. Designed for ease of installation, the balustrades can be simply fitted onto structures including timber and brickwork. The modular designs include tubular panels, stainless steel and aluminium fittings, swimming pool and park fencing and handrail systems.
- Cladding and Bridges: The design and fabrication teams at Triangle have many years of experience in creating most types of cladding and bridges including pedestrian, vehicle, golf, trail, pipe-lay and conveyor bridges. The company fabricates different trusses and can incorporate alternative bespoke add-ons including gates, lighting, non-slip areas and ornamental railings.
