The product range includes:
Mouldings
All the mouldings are manufactured from fully kiln dried American and European Oak in the company’s state-of-the-art mill. The mouldings are produced to a pre-finished, high quality standard to ensure the very best finish. Machining wood is a specialised skill and TimberCut4U prides itself on the quality of every moulding produced. The mouldings range includes:
- 5mm rad, Ogee and Torus Oak architrave
- 5mm rad, Ogee and Torus Oak skirting
- Oak door linings in PAR 25 x 140mm and PAR 20 x 140mm
Flooring
TimberCut4U supplies a range of solid and engineered Oak flooring. Engineered Oak is a cost effective alternative to solid wood made from a pre-finished, multi-layered board with a 6mm Oak hardwood top wear layer. The flooring is available with a brushed and oiled finish or a lacquered finish. Solid Oak is a superior quality hard-wearing flooring option which allows the natural colour and grain of the wood to be displayed. Solid Oak flooring is available in brushed and oiled or lacquered finishes.
Worktops
The collection of solid wood worktops is created using short strips of solid hardwood which has been carefully selected for its colour, grain and character. The strips are glued and finger jointed together using innovative, state-of-the-art high frequency heating and drying techniques to make them durable, stable and long-lasting. The Oak worktops are a beautiful and timeless addition to any kitchen, study or bathroom. The worktops come in 3-metre lengths, 40mm thick with a width of 650mm or 900mm.
Doors
TimberCut4U offers a selection of internal Oak doors manufactured to an exceptional standard using the ‘preferred’ engineered construction for greater stability. Options include:
- Four-panel White Oak door with a raised solid Oak bead around each timber panel
- FL&B Oak door in a rustic cottage style which has been treated against moisture ingress and is available in a thickness of 40mm for a solid chunky look.
- ISEO White Oak door which features 'V' grooves and attractive cross veneers for a contemporary look
- L&B Oak door in a rustic cottage style with a thickness of 40mm
- Perth Oak door featuring half glazing with toughened clear bevelled safety glass
- Oak door linings in PAR 20 x 140mm and 25 x 140mm.
