Concept to Installation - The complete Service
Tills Innovations offers a complete bespoke design & build service . Through our extensive portfolio of completed projects, covering diverse water feature designs & our expertise in water dynamics we can offer visuals of work and initial concepts through our CAD engineering department.
Following conceptual agreement, detailed quotations are offered to enable works to start. Working closely with the client, architect, structural and M&E engineers we provide CAD drawings detailing utilities & services required. GA Approval drawings to enable us to move through to our internal mechanical engineering drawings and final manufacturing.
On completion of the manufacture, testing at our works is carried out when required followed by complete installation.
Professional service and after care
As professional water feature installers, all workmen have the required CSCS cards, site specific method statements and risk assessments. On completion of our installation a project specific Operation and Maintenance (OM) manuals are provided. As part of our complete service package we offer maintenance contracts on all our water features.
There are very important elements to our overall package we supply which are outside the physical water feature its self. These include the maintenance of the water feature which in our experience is a very important consideration. Clients often believe the water feature will look after its self which it doesn’t and can give rise to problems after the project completion. For this reason we have put forward various which offer different levels of both maintenance and the health & safety of the water.
