- Quotations: Following an enquiry a member of the sales team will arrange a visit to the property and a detailed quotation will be provided. The customer is given time to make their decision without any pressurised sales tactics.
- Full Service: A complete service including survey and full installation using the team of experienced and skilled fitters.
- Assisted Fit: This service provides an optional survey, delivery on-site by one of the company's craftsmen and assistance with technical advice and installation.
- Supply Only: Following an optional survey, the products can be delivered or collected by the client for self-installation.
- Installation: The craftsmen will remove existing windows, replace any damaged or worn cills and timbers, install the new windows and leave the site clean and tidy inside and out.

The Beneden window replicates the look of original steel windows whilst offering all the modern benefits of double glazing. The Beneden system can be installed directly into stone or brick for an almost maintenance-free option and maximum glass area for the aperture size; in addition to this, the system can also be fitted into new or existing timber frames for a truly authentic look. The aluminium windows are finished with a powder-coating in a wide range of single or dual RAL colours.

Beneden Series 1
The Beneden Series 1 is completely unique and there is no other product available to rival it. This super slimline system is perfect for replacing crittall windows and is supplied with cockspur key locking handles in a wide range of designs. The windows can be finished in any RAL colour and can have a different colour internally and externally.
Beneden Series 2
The Beneden Series 2 metal window system has been developed for use in properties where security is paramount. This designer window offers the same features as the Beneden 1, but incorporates multipoint shootbolt locking. The Beneden Series 2 comes with a range of period detail handles such as monkey tail handles.
Doors
The Heritage Window Company has created a range of slimline doors which are robust, durable and look authentic. The superior design and manufacturing techniques facilitate the subtle combination of slimline windows with hinged, sliding or folding door systems. The doors are available for replacement or new-build projects and can be fitted directly or with timber surrounds. The doors are extremely secure and incorporate a reverse throw, hook bolt system which prevents the door leaves from being removed. When used with 5-lever cylinder locks and optional mortise locks, the doors provide innovative security. The company specialises in superior quality European oak, Iroko and sapele which ideally complements the Beneden range. The timber is finished with a basecoat protection or 3-coat factory finish and micro-porous paint.
