Panels
Sips UK manufactures panels for installation to a building’s structural or non-structural internal walls. The various widths available for each panel are: 75mm to 250mm (increasing in 25mm measurements), 100mm, 125mm and 150mm. The panel length range is: 2400mm, 2700mm and 4800mm. The company will cut each panel to the exact size required for the client’s structure, and offers several panel facings, including plywood and cement particle board (CPB).
RTA Building Systems
These easy, ready to assemble systems are ideal for extensions, garden buildings and other sites where there is restricted entry for larger construction assisting vehicles such as cranes. Sips UK compiles set-out drawings for each project, and then manufactures each panel to the correct scale. The panels are then labelled and delivered to the site, ready for assembly.
Large Format Building System
Sips UK constructs ‘Jumbo Panels’ to achieve maximum elevation lengths of 5500mm and heights of 2700mm. The company carries the majority of the assembly process in the factory, before delivering the components to the site. The large format building system is ideal for larger projects working under restricted time scales as the panels are lifted into place by a telescopic crane.
Offsite Modular Building
Used for various forms of pod buildings (such as separate bathroom and kitchen units) this Sips UK product has a minimum life expectancy of 60 years. It is ideally used at such locations as hotels, flats and schools and for expanding property upwards, from the roof. Longer sections of offsite modular buildings can be constructed for larger premises, such as hotels, classrooms and hospital wards.
Curved Panels
Designed to hold heavy vertical and horizontal loading, Sips UK curved panels are a bespoke product designed to meet the customer’s specific requirements, with any radius measurements possible.
