Free Bar Planning Service

Servaclean has developed its own comprehensive ‘BARPlan’ bar planning service, using the very latest CAD technology to produce three dimensional drawings which illustrate efficient working layouts and detail every component part – from bar sink to bottle opener. Customers can register for free CAD drawing downloads showing Servaclean’s stainless steel BARFrame structure and operational fitments for each facility in any type of bar servery – beer dispense, glasswashing, cocktail mixing, etc.

Products

All Servaclean’s fitments are purpose designed to fulfil a specific behind-bar function. They combine with the BARFrame superstructure to provide exactly the right mix of facilities for each particular bar operation. All equipment is manufactured from 304 grade stainless and other high quality food-handling materials, to improve standards of hygiene and efficiency and be strong enough to meet demands of the bar operator.

Fixed bars

The BARFrame system is quick and easy to assemble, with reusable ‘flowdrill’ fixings. Features include:

• Built-in ducts for pipework, power and data cabling
• Suitable for all sizes and shapes of bar counter
• Supports any type of counter top and front panelling.

There is a huge range of fitments to help staff serve customers as quickly and cleanly as possible. Manufactured from food quality stainless steel and dip-coated in hygienic Rilsan polymer, these include:

• Hygienic glass-storage shelves with easy to clean, slide-out drip-trays
• Adjustable height shelves for tills and cash drawers
• Trolleys for speedy ''wash'n'serve'' operations
• Insulated ice chests with accessories to make up any type of drinks mixing facility or cocktail station.

Fitments can be screw fixed as part of the Servaclean stainless steel bar system or separately, in a timber bar structure. They are built to last with many years with minimal maintenance and come in a choice of up to 14 standard sizes available ex-stock for fast delivery.

Mobile bar units

MOVERBar mobile bar units use the same stainless steel BARFrame structure combined with heavy duty swivel castors to create an easy-to-manoeuvre unit for hotels, restaurants and homes. The screw-together assembly can easily be reconfigured to meet future changes of operating requirements. Features include:

• Castors have keyed tyres and brakes for stability when serving
• Standard two and three compartment units or custom sizes available
• Large selection of purpose designed fitments to meet any operating requirement for beers, cocktails and coffee service
• Choice of counter top and decorative cladding from Servaclean's standard range or add your own choice of materials.

Portable bars

FOLDAbar portable bars are perfect for pop-up events, exhibitions and cocktail masterclasses. The stainless steel folding bar units have the same robust quality and all the operating benefits of the fitted bar system.

Available as single or double compartment units, the FOLDAbar is easy to assemble, dismantle, fold, transport and store. It comes with a food grade stainless steel counter top and durable Iribond® front and side panelling in a choice of colours. Panels can be screen printed with a customer’s logo and there is also the option of an LED front panel.

In addition to bar serveries, Servaclean offers:

Glasswash facilities – A screw-together stainless steel assembly to incorporate in the bar counter or an adjoining area. Correctly sized to handle the throughput of dirty glasses during the busiest periods, the glasswashing system includes areas for used glasses and clean glasses unloading, slops disposal, empty basket storage, basket loading and transfer and handwashing. The unit can accommodate the customer’s own glasswashing machine or provide a sink.

Coffee serveries – Static or mobile coffee serveries are available and can be used as standalone facilities or planned as part of a bar servery. Built within a stainless steel BARFrame structure, the serveries can accommodate any style of coffee machine alongside a bean grinder, milk fridge, dishwasher, waste bin and crockery storage. Other features include hygienic preparation surfaces and containers for cream tubs and sugar packs.

Bottle Coolers - Servaclean distributes top quality, British made refrigerated display cabinets for beers, wines and soft drinks and will incorporate them as part of a bar servery. The wide choice includes underbar cooler cabinets with glazed or solid single, double or triple doors; upright cabinets with double or single doors; pass through cabinets with access from both sides; horizontal, top loading coolers; wine cabinets with microprocessor controlled temperatures for red and white wines. Custom made coolers are also available.
