Robust UK has been supplying and manufacturing stainless steel hinged doors since 1999 for a wide variety of sectors including industrial, security, fire and architectural. The company manufactures its doors in Nykroppa in the Varmland of Sweden and markets products throughout the whole of Europe. The company also has two production facilities in the UK; Cheadle, Staffordshire and Blythe Bridge, Staffordshire.The company manufactures numerous doors from basic flush doors to specialist, niche products for more demanding environments.
Flush Doors
This basic yet durable steel door can be used internally or externally in most areas and can be installed within minimum time. There are various finishes available including traditional woodgrain PVC as well as wet-spray and powdercoated.
Fire Doors (FD60, FD120, FD240)
Available latched or unlatched, Robust UK’s specialist fire doors are manufactured to minimise the risk of fire spreading. They are delivered and installed in one go and can be finished in a varied range of colours offered.
Security Doors (SD2, SD3, SD3E, SD4)
The company offers a range of security doors and a team of specialists are on hand to discuss client’s individual requirements. All doors are tested to ENV1627 standard with the company’s SD4 and SD5 style doors further tested to BSEN 13124-2 standard to ensure extra resistance if required.
Acoustic doors
Ideal for keeping noise to a minimum and reducing or eradicating noise pollution, the acoustic range of standard doors offered are tested to 45dB and 50dB. There are a range of acoustic doors available from 30db to 50db depending on individual requirements. Due to the design, the doors need to be installed by a professionally trained engineer.
Louvred doors, panels and screens
Rooms where air flow and good ventilation are required will benefit from fully louvred doors.
The style of the door means that maximum air flow can reach the room, but equipment can be stored away safely out of view, minimising risk of vandalism or theft. Using stainless steel manufactured from 70% recycled materials and a stainless steel doorset which is 90%-100% recyclable, the contemporary look doors come in varied colours and textures. The doors can also be uniquely tailored to requirements with specialist etching to display company logos or messages.
