Construction Membranes
The company has developed a range of breathable and reflective membranes for use in the construction process, particularly walls, roofs and floors. Products include Frameshield, Cladshield and Reflectashield in addition to Bsk building papers, vapour control layers and probond tapes.
Acoustic Isolation
In order to conform to sound proofing and vibration regulations in the building environment, the Proctor Group offers a range of products. These include; acoustic floating floor solutions, Prowall Acoustic battens and vibration isolation to reduce structural noise and secondary transmission.
Thermal Insulation
For over 40 years the company has developed highly efficient insulation products which combine to reduce heat loss and reduce energy consumption within a building. For roofs, walls and floors; Actis, Prospan, Styrofoam, Pluswall laminates and Plusdeck offer high performing insulation solutions. Spacetherm is the company’s new product which acts as a thermal blanket or board which helps to achieve low U rates in areas where space is at a premium.
Exterior Products
Proctor group has developed a range of cladding and roof tiles with high performance, long life expectancy and reliability. Solid wood cladding is available in four options and is sustainably sourced. Five designs are offered in the Dura-loc tile range and come with a 50 year performance warranty.
Geosynthetic Engineering
Proctor Group offers cost effective but environmentally friendly geosynthetic products for gas membranes including Protech Super and Probuild 880 and Provoid for venting. ProctorPave Grass which protects green areas from compaction damage and ProctorPave Gravel which offers excellent storm water control.
