Protec
This cold-applied, highly durable reinforced polyester roofing system is fast curing and quickly becomes weather resistant. It can be laid onto a range of surfaces, including directly onto specialist insulation, to provide a thermal upgrade. The flexibility of the system accommodates surface movement and the seamless membrane provides long-lasting protection against water penetration.
It is ideal for green roof and inverted roof construction, making it suited to complex projects. With the addition of quartz sand and the PolyFinish MMA system, Protec will also provide an anti-slip finish for balconies and walkways that is capable of withstanding heavy foot traffic.
The Protec system is backed by a manufacturer’s guarantee for 10 - 20 years.
Polyroof 185

Polyroof GRP trims can be used in conjunction with Polyroof 185 to replicate lead and copper finishes at a fraction of the price. The system is easily laid and provides a surface resistant to vandalism.
The system is fully supported by an insurance-backed guarantee for 20 years and has a 30-year durability rating from the BBA.
Elastex
This highly flexible, single-pack reinforced polyurethane overlay system is ideal for refurbishing existing roofs and can be cold applied to substrates of asphalt, felt and composite materials.
