Ridgidrain Surface Water Drainage Pipes
Ridgidrain pipes are an all-round technical and commercial solution for all non-pressure, surface and sub-surface water drainage applications and act as an alternative to concrete and clay pipes in highway, rail and airport infrastructure projects. Ridgidrain has achieved HAPSA specification issued via the BBA. A full range of un-perforated, perforated and half perforated pipes are available from 100mm to 600mm diameters and the Ridgistorm XL large diameter range is available for diameters of over 750mm. An extensive range of fittings including coupling, bends, junctions, reducers, adapters, sealing rings and many more are also available.
Water Management Solutions
Polypipe Civils offers an extensive range of water management solutions for many differing applications for infrastructure, commercial, retail and large-scale residential projects based within the construction and civil engineering industries. Products include:
- Polystorm modular cell system that can be built up to create a structure of any shape or size and can receive rainwater collected from a roof gutter system or surface drains and either releases it within set limits or back into surrounding soil
- Ridgistorm-XL large diameter pipe and attenuation solutions
- Rainstream rainwater harvesting systems including Home-XL for multiple dwellings or individual plots and Rainstream Commercial for large-scale solutions
- Stormcheck flow control chamber allows for precise control of site discharge rates and when combined with the Polypipe storage systems offers an industry recognised flow attenuation system
- Storm-X4 treatment filters clean surface water run-off from roofs, car parks and even the most polluted roads
- Bespoke pre-fabricated manholes, catchpits and silt traps
- Charcon Permavoid geocellular system is designed to provide shallow ground water storage, attenuation or infiltration within a pavement structure and is used in place of a traditional sub-base
Sewerage Systems
The Polypipe range of sewerage systems are BBA approved and offer superior chemical, impact and abrasion resistance and immunity from sulphate attack or corrosion due to sewer gases. The range includes Polysewer pipes and fittings and Ridgisewer pipes and fittings.
Agriculture, Sports and Leisure Land Drainage
Polypipe Civils provides an extensive selection of materials, diameters, colours and coil lengths in a unique and unrivalled range of systems which are specifically designed to assist in the effective management of land water drainage. Pipes are available in sizes of 60-200mm, in perforated and un-perforated options, with or without geotextile wrap and all are Kite Marked to BS 4962. A complete range of fittings is also available.
