Plastivan UK Company Profile

Plastivan is an international manufacturer and supplier of UPVC construction products for a variety of markets. Established in 1966 in Belgium, the company has seen great expansion and in 1994, Plastivan UK was established in Bristol as a subsidiary of Plastivan NV.

Special Profiles

• Insect Screens

These screens are particularly useful to the DIY market, as they can be constructed to the desired dimensions by using the basic and net clip profiles to create a screen suitable for all doors and windows.

• Custom-made profiles

Plastivan offers a custom-made service for all of its profiles to suit the individual needs of their clients. Examples of such bespoke profiles are gateways and skylight windows.

Plastivan also offers a wide range of finishing profiles, both for interior and exterior uses.

Guttering system

Plastivan guttering systems are made from durable, UV resistant UPVC and can be installed easily due to the click system, whereby the components insert into each other to form the whole guttering system. Guttering products are fitted with rubber seals to prevent leaks which can occur due to thermal expansion and contraction of the material. Products are BS4576 registered and conform to the ISO 9002, EN 607 and EN 1462 standards.

There are two ranges of guttering available:

• The HI CAP range is an attractive and easily installed option.
• The Niagara range comprises decorative mouldings and is both attractive and functional.

Decking

Plastivan offers unique, durable decking, made from Duofuse®, a mix of flour, wood and plastic. This combination of components ensures a warm wood finish with the durability of plastic. The Decking comes in hollow boards of 162mm x 28mm with a standard 4 metre length. Other lengths can be ordered.

Decorative Panels

Plastivan offers a wide range of decorative panels for internal use in various colours and styles.

• Style Panel

20cm over-laid panels available in beech, white ash and birch effects

• Top Décor

This product is a series of 15cm round-side panels for ceilings and walls and is available in a high gloss or ash texture. For a unique finish, colours can be chosen from a broad palette and added as inserts as required.

• Classic

This is a v-grooved, wood-effect product for walls and is available in both grey and beige and is commonly fitted in rooms where neutral décor is being used.

Window boards & roller blinds

These products are ideal for any interior; domestic or commercial. High-grade PVC is used in the manufacture of windowsills, making them durable, scratch proof and moisture resistant. There is a range of colours available in order to match the colour of the window and interior decoration. Clients can choose from a broad selection including white, marble, oak and beech. Plastivan also offers a full range of roller shutters manufactured with UPVC and available in a variety of models and colours. Accessories such as end caps, and pins are also available with this product.
