Based in Rowfant, West Sussex, One-Stop Joinery is a company specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of traditional English and bespoke designed joinery to customers across London and the South East for both domestic and commercial applications. Operating for over five years, the company has a small team of highly experienced and skilled joiners that combine both modern and traditional production methods to produce unique, high quality windows, doors, staircases, fire doors, bars and furniture.
One-Stop Joinery can provide bespoke purpose made joinery, internal fire doors, bars, counters, furniture and timber mouldings to domestic, trade and retail customers. The company can also provide on-site measuring and estimates free of charge. All products are factory sprayed to required finish or supplied bare.
The Product range includes:
Windows
A range of windows is available to suit a wide variety of applications and produced in hardwood or softwood with traditional butt or cranked hinges and fasteners. Alternatively the modern option of friction hinges and multi-point locking systems is offered. One-Stop Joinery can also supply glass and ironmongery. Window options include:
- Storm proof casement windows
- Sliding box sash windows with spiral balancers or lead weights
- Metal window frames (Crittall style)
Doors, Frames and Shop Fronts
Manufactured using high quality timbers such as Oak, Sapele, Maple, Walnut Ash and Softwood and sized to required specification, these modern and traditional doors and frames can be pre-hung with locks, glass fitted or left separate for in-situ installation. The doors are constructed with mortice and tenon joints and assembled skilfully by hand. Door sets can be manufactured to incorporate easy disabled access either on the sill or out of site within the bottom of the door.
Staircases
All staircases are individually designed and manufactured to exceptionally high standards using long held traditional construction methods and are compliant with current building regulations. Using hardwood or softwood, the wooden staircases can be straight, dog leg, winder, open tread and cut string designs and include balustrading.
Fire Doors
There is a range of 30 and 60 minute rated fire doors that are fully tested to BS 476 Part 22 by BM Trada Ltd and have gained the Q Mark quality standard. The company can provide complete door sets or door leaves in various designs and faced in ply, veneer, laminate or metal. Door sets are pre-hung in the frame and double doors are fully assembled. The glazing and ironmongery is fitted in the factory, ensuring fire integrity is not compromised. One-Stop Joinery also supplies doors for airports that are approved by BAA.
Bars, counters and Furniture
There is a large range of domestic and commercial furniture available including; bars and counters in bespoke designs with polished or painted finishes. The company can produce shop counters, bars, desks, furniture, cupboards, wall panelling and ceiling features. Reception desks and counters can be curved or straight and incorporate disabled access. Projects have included bar areas within Gatwick Airport for JD Wetherspoon. One-Stop Joinery also manufactures and installs bedroom furniture including wardrobes, dressing tables and drawer units.
