Offsite Solutions can supply both standard and bespoke ensuite pods and bathroom pods to clients and with UK Manufacturing facilities the company can respond to the most challenging of timescales and design requirements. Steel Frame Bathroom Pods
For projects where traditional bathroom aesthetics and multiple installations are required, the steel framed bathroom pods provide the ideal solution. The frame is created using light gauge C sections lined with OSB3 and moisture resistant plasterboard. Interior specification including sanitary ware, brassware and ceramic tiling is included to meet the clients requirements. Both underfloor heating and GRP ceilings are additional options for this pod.
Applications for this model can be hotels, healthcare or residential environments.
GRP Bathroom Pods
With a life cycle in excess of 25 years these products hold exceptional durability and offer a reliable and robust solution for high usage environments. The pod is waterproof and has tested impact resistant properties. The GRP pod is lightweight and easy to install and manufactured from high quality polyester resin and coated with UV stabilised gel for easy ongoing maintenance.
There is a range of standard sizes available but bespoke specifications can also be designed and created. The pod has integral shelving and wall finishes can be matt, gloss, textured and tile effect. Floors are fully bunded and waterproof and can be created to form a wet room or pitched shower stall.
These systems are ideal for student accommodation, key-worker, military locations, healthcare and social housing projects.
Healthcare Bathroom Pods
Created specifically for the healthcare industry these pods include hygienic wash down walls, anti scald and ligature fittings. The pod has a composite wall structure with fire retardant properties and meets the relevant HTM guidelines. The pod is durable and yet can be fitted with quality products to provide a clean and suitable environment for patients or staff. Flooring can include moulded anti slip vinyl and can be used as shower rooms, toilets or bathrooms.
Flat Pack and Refurbishment Bathroom Pods
For building projects which have spatial restrictions or are refurbishments, the flat packed bathroom pod offers maximum flexibility. Built offsite and then dismantled for installation, the pod can be installed on site by Offsite Solutions team or by the contractors. The pod is built by attaching panels together which have been manufactured to the exact size requirements. All internal fitting can also be supplied with the pod and once installed the pod is completely waterproof.
Design, Project Management, Production and Quality Control
The company has designated and experienced technical design teams, project management, production and quality teams all directly employed. All projects are designed hand in hand with the Client, Architect and Contractor with each stage being signed off to achieve the final ideal solution.
