The product range includes:
- Natcem 35: Natcem 35 is a concrete repair mortar which is based on a natural cement based binder. The mortar begins to set in 35 minutes and is suitable for tanking, concrete repairs, chemical resistance, rendering, floor screed and grouting applications. It is DWI approved for contact with drinking water.
- Natcem AC: Natcem AC is based on a natural cement-based binder and an anti-carbonation coating and is suitable for concrete repairs, chemical resistance, rendering and grouting.
- Lul Rapideset: Lul Rapideset is a fast setting natural cement based binder which offers high early strength and starts to set in just eight minutes. Lul Rapideset is ideal for concrete repairs, rendering and floor screed applications.
- Trackcrete: Trackcrete is a hardwearing, fast setting concrete repair material which begins setting in just 35 minutes. Trackcrete is suitable for concrete repairs and floor screed applications.
- Shotcrete 430F and 437F: Shotcrete 430F and 437F are fibre reinforced (steel or polypropylene) dry spray concrete repair mortars which at 20 degrees, sets in four minutes and is totally set in 10 minutes. Shotcrete 430F and 437F are ideal for tanking, concrete repairs and chemical resistance applications and they are capable of stopping running water.
- Shotcrete 513: Shotcrete 513 is a concrete repair mortar which can be built up from 10mm thickness to any thickness. Shotcrete 513 is DWI approved for contact with drinking water and is ideal for tanking, concrete repairs and chemical resistance applications.
- Shotcrete 530: Shotcrete 530 is a rapid setting dry spray concrete which starts to set in just four minutes and is totally set in 10 minutes. Shotcrete 530 is capable of setting under water, can from a minimum of 38mm, be built up layer on layer to any thickness and is used for tanking, concrete repairs and chemical resistance applications.
- Waterstop: Waterstop is a rapid setting water stopping material based on a potable water approved natural cement. Waterstop can set under water and from a layer of 1mm can be built up to any thickness and is suitable for tanking, concrete repairs and chemical resistance applications.
- Natcem Tank: Natcem Tank is a fast setting cementitious tanking system which offers high early strength and begins to set in one hour. Natcem Tank can set under water if required and from a minimum of 10mm, be built up layer on layer to any thickness.
- Natcem D: Natcem D is an extra fine grout which can be injected into water-bearing strata and can also be used where high penetration is required. Natcem D is made up of natural cement and food grade retarders and is suitable for repairs around sewers and tunnel linings, ground stabilisation, work near the sea and areas which are affected by chemical attack or pollution.
- Grout 105: Grout 105 is manufactured from natural cement, Portland cement, food grade retarders, blended aggregates and plasticisers. Grout 105 is suitable for use as a rod anchorage grout, for setting holding-down bolts, grouting under base plates, repairs around sewers and as a high strength overlay screed.
- Inject 706: Inject 706 is an ultra-fine grout made up of natural cement, food grade retarders, blended aggregates up to 200 microns in size and super plasticisers. Inject 706 is ideal for repairs around sewers, ground stabilisation, coastal areas, grouting around tunnel linings and areas where chemical attack or pollution is likely.
- CWG Grout: CWG Grout is manufactured from natural cement, food grade retarders, specially recovered aggregates and super plasticisers. CWG Grout is used for applications such as repairs to sewers, ground stabilisation, coastal areas, tunnel linings and areas which are prone to pollution or chemical attack.
