Stainless Steel Products
Wire Ropes and Fittings:
A range of stainless steel ropes are manufactured with a wide range of accompanying fittings and end connectors. Ropes can be supplied in diameters ranging from 1mm to 26mm and in a number of different construction specifications. All ropes have a quality clean finish making them hassle free to use. Connectors such as ball threads, fork ends and eye ends are available alongside a range of specialist items. Common rope and connector uses include balustrading, structural tie wires, canopy supports and safety systems.
Webnet:
Incorporates quality Jakob 316 grade stainless steel into a pliable mesh system which has wide ranging applications. Different sizes can be supplied depending on requirements along with RAL colour coatings. Webnet is suitable for usage in coastal locations and outdoors as it is UV and weather resistant. Usages include plant support, balustrading, animal enclosures, safety restraints and netting, fences, aviaries and art sculptures.
Greenwall Systems:
Utilising the high quality Jakob 316 grade stainless steel ropes the Greenwall System offers a durable alternative to wooden wall trellises for climbing plants. They may be used on buildings to improve appearance and to help prevent graffiti or to aid temperature control. Due to a stainless steel construction it is suitable for use in outdoor and coastal environments.
Stainless Steel and Galvanised Rods:
Stainless steel rods can be supplied and manufactured in high quality 316 grade stainless steel in diameters ranging from 6mm to 24mm and are ideal for usage outdoors and in coastal locations. The rods can be incorporated in to many features including canopy supports where they produce a strong aesthetic appeal. Due to the variety of fittings available to complement the rods, bespoke systems can easily be designed and installed.
Hot dipped galvanised rods can be supplied where performance and cost are important design factors. Galvanised Rods are available in diameters ranging from 10mm to 100mm and in lengths of up to 15m. A maximum limit tension load of up to 2900kN can be achieved from the rods which are also approved by the European Organisation for Technical Approvals.
