Metro ltd is one of the UK’s leading lighting equipment manufacturers, suppliers and general engineers.
Metro ltd has held a long standing relationship with many of its clients for producing lighting equipment, high quality engineering work and refurbishment for the last thirty years. We mainly produce work for U.K. based clients but occasionally we work on European projects in collaboration with British based designers and architects. We have a large client base ranging from public houses, west end restaurants to local councils, night clubs and hotel chains. We can produce anything from spotlights, downlights, wall lights, pendants and office modulars, to period lanterns, bollards, signlighting and emergency lighting.
Metro ltd always aim to offer the best service available with both large projects and smaller one-off commissions. We are always looking for ways to improve ourselves and provide our clients with what they want. We feel it necessary to put ourselves in the client’s position to understand what they need of us and as a result have developed excellent business relationships over many years bringing countless ideas to fruition.
Keeping an eye on new and emerging technologies means that we are often one step ahead of the competition in providing effective and efficient solutions to satisfy our client’s requirements. We have all facilities required on our premises which eliminates the need to outsource work saving time and money which would consequently be passed on to the client. By using this model of in house production, our delivery schedules are kept to a minimal time frame, keeping you the client happy, safe in the knowledge you can meet your own deadlines.

Paintshop Facility
Metro have an excellent paintshop department which we use to finish products with powder coated paint in a multitude of colours with immediate effect cutting delivery times enormously. We can also offer finishes in chrome, brass, copper, nickel and stainless steel giving you a comprehensive choice on how you would like your product to look.
