Lumina Design specialises in supplying quality lantern roofs at trade prices. The lanterns are manufactured to BBA standards in uPVC clad aluminium with toughened safety glass. All sizes and designs of roof lantern are made using the Synseal system by Global and 24mm Pilkington Activ self-cleaning glass in a choice of colours. Lumina Design also supplies bi-fold doors.

Products can be delivered to most areas of England and Wales and dedicated vans are used to avoid long waiting times and ensure safe handling.

Roof Lanterns

Lumina Design’s roof lanterns are manufactured to order using the latest thermally efficient and strong aluminium roof system with ultra-low sightlines. All offer a choice of cresting options and bevelled or flat external caps to suit modern and traditional designed properties.

Standard frame colour is white but Lumina Design has recently added a black range and certain sizes can be ordered in any RAL colour.

High-performing glass with argon gas and warm edge spacer bars as standard give a 1.1 U-value. Glazing colours offered are Activ Blue, Activ Neutral or Activ Clear. The latest Activ Aqua as can be specified as an upgrade.

A wide range of sizes are offered including:

• 1 metre wide x 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 3.5m, 4m or 4.5m
• 1.5 metres wide x 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 3.5m, 4m or 4.5m
• 2 metres wide x 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 3.5m, 4m or 4.5m
• 2.5 metres x 1.5m or 2m
• 3 metres wide x 1m, 1.5m or 2m.

Lumina Design is happy to provide a quote for designs or sizes not featured on the website. The company can also supply a uPVC upstand for any of its lanterns.

Bi-fold Doors

Fully glazed top specification bi-fold doors can be supplied in a variety of sizes. 4000m x 2100m doors are held in stock and Lumina Design will provide a quote for other sizes.

Accessories

To complete a roof lantern or orangery roof project, Lumina Design offers aluminium roof vents plus electric motors or crank handles to operate the vents. Crank handles are available in chrome and hardwood or brass and hardwood.
