Lighting Force’s design team begins with the original idea, created by the client, and then creates a design proposal using a 3D model and plan of the proposed scheme. The next step is to programme a virtual computerised walk-through of the plan. This is complete with all the necessary technical details and information that will be needed by the electrician and installer upon fitting the system. Another service provided by Lighting Force is the design and programming of a customized audio system that enables storage of an entire music and video library to one server, enabling distribution throughout the whole of a property’s interior and exterior via one control. The company works on both commercial and private projects. Previous commercial projects have included pools, bars, retail parks and heritage buildings. Smaller scale, residential contracts can be undertaken with the client or the developer. An end client will pay a fee of approximately £1000 (this covers the cost of 3D modelling and suggested layout and budget), whereas with orders totalling over £75000, the company will credit the design fee.
