Fire Performance
All Kingspan insulated panels have been subjected to LPS 1181 and FM Global testing, which are two of the strictest insurance-based standards available. The PIR composite panel system has achieved universal certification to LPS 1181: EXT-B and some products are supplied with EXT-A30 level and in some cases EXT-A60 certification is pending.

- KS1000/2000RW Trapezoidal: Trapezoidal profiled roof systems for buildings with roof pitches of 4 degrees or more after deflection. The KS1000 LP Lo-Pitch system is available for roof slopes of 1.5 degrees or more.
- KS1000CR/DRC: High performance roof systems for curved roofs with a minimum radius of 150m.
- Kingzip Standing Seam: A composite standing seam system which provides a rapid single-fix installation and excellent weather-proofing and thermal performance.
- KS100TD Top Deck: A single-component factory pre-engineered roof deck system which is made up of a single-ply PVC membrane with insulation and a trapezoidal steel structural deck.
