Jtech Services is a well established company based near Ironbridge in Shropshire. For many years the company has been specialising in the provision and instalment of column casings, pipe boxing systems, radiator covers, safety balustrades, designer furniture and bespoke products for interior and exterior applications on refurbishments, new-builds and re-fits. Jtech supplies and fits products for a wide variety of projects within offices, factories, retail outlets, medical facilities, care homes and private homes for both the commercial and domestic customer throughout the UK.

Products

The extensive product range includes:

• External Column Casings - These are attached to the exterior of a building for protection and for an aesthetically pleasing look. They can be powder-coated, mild steel or aluminium in various colours or can be finished in real sandstone veneer or stainless steel, thickness and radii sized to suit the application. All casings are made to order to with a maximum length of three metres.
• Internal Column Casings - Made to suit a specific application using preformed ply, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium or GRG. Various finishes available, paint grade ply, high pressure laminates and high quality wood veneers. The aluminium and steel casings can be powder-coated to specific colour.
• LST Radiator Guards - Low surface temperature radiator covers are used in buildings where the public are in close proximity to radiators to prevent burns, such as care homes, hospitals and childcare facilities. They are custom made and designed for maximum heat output. All guards have radius edges and corners for safety, are class 0 fire rated, have ventilation slots and can be supplied with anti-ligature vents, secret fixings and removable panels for easy care.
• Hygiene Areas - Laundries, kitchens and bathrooms can have appliances enclosed or boxed in and sealed for added safety. Pipes and cables can be encased. Stainless steel surfaces flat or sloping, vented pipe boxing around toilets and sinks using thermoplastic profiles. Appliance enclosures and boxing panels are fitted with lockable access points.
• Perimeter Casings - Pre-formed plywood is generally used for perimeter casings, bulkheads and window sills. Aesthetically pleasing, the perimeter casings can be vented with removable panels and are available in other finishes, veneers, powder coated steel or aluminium and high pressure laminates.
• Pre Formed Profiles - Used for a variety of purposes, the profiles come in channels sections, semi circular sections and angle sections. There is a wide range of sizes and materials can be wood veneers, high pressure laminates, mild steel, brushed stainless steel and aluminium.
• Pipe Boxing - Used vertically or horizontally, manufactured in melamine finished ply, thermoplastic and powder coated metal. Comes in white but other colours are available. There are two profiles in various standard sizes. Other accessories include, stop ends, internal and external corners, screw caps and butt joint covers.
• Bespoke Products - Safety rails and balustrades, graphics display boards, dado rails, polished steel cloakroom fittings (coat rails hangers and coat racks), stair stringer cappings, kick plates and push plates. All these products are made to individual requirements.
• Designer Furniture - Constructed using pre formed and moulded ply for both domestic and commercial customers. Available products include coffee, dining, and occasional tables, table and bench sets, designer seating and chairs in six standard profiles.

New Industrial Partitioning Service from Jtech Services

Jtech Services are pleased to announce that they are now able supply and install a complete range of industrial partitioning systems.

For separating warehouses and creating secure storage facilities there is the mesh panelling system, which is bolted together and sits in a steel track system. Overhead cover can also be installed to give a more secure environment. To give a low cost, solid partition panel, we have a single skin system that is also bolted together to create a metal wall between units.
