Among Groundtrax’s own CellPave range is the flagship CellPave HD, a heavy duty truck grade cellular paver made in the UK from 100% recycled material. The range also includes CellPave 40, a cost effective conventional cellular paver, CellPave GP and AP, innovative no-dig systems. Ground Protection

For ground protection, Groundtrax offers a range of solutions, including IsoTrack Ground Protection Panels in various sizes and grades for different situations. To suit any job, IsoTrack panels come in a choice of:

Isotrack L These medium duty panels measure 2410 x 1200 x 12mm and can be lifted by two people, making handling and installation simple. They are perfect for providing safe, temporary access at a wide range of sites. Manufactured from chemical and oil-resistant thermoplastic, the mats are tough but flexible and can be fully recycled at the end of a long life.

[Isotrack H For heavy duty requirements in grassed or sensitive ground conditions, Isotrack H panels can be used to create roadways, parking areas and working pads supporting vehicles and equipment up to 150 tonnes, dependent on underlying ground conditions. The 3000 x 2500 x 40mm mats offer two different traction surfaces for vehicle and pedestrian use and flex gently with the ground contours, removing the need for ground preparation.

IsoTrack X The ultimate heavy duty mat, available for immediate dispatch using the Groundtrax fleet or customers’ own transport. Each 4000 x 2000 x 94mm mat has outstanding compression strength and a load bearing capacity in excess of 200 tonnes, dependent on ground conditions.

CellPave™ 40 grass and gravel pavers are a cellular paving grid system for grass and ground reinforcement applications where there is regular vehicle or pedestrian use. CellPave™ 40 permeable paving grids can be installed with either a grass or gravel filled surface and allow full rainwater penetration. Manufactured from UV stabilised 100% recycled HDPE, in black or green, CellPave™ 40 plastic pavers are strong, chemically inert & non-toxic, enabling them to provide a durable, safe & sustainable eco-friendly surface for trafficked areas.

• This is the INDUSTRY STANDARD Cellular Paver with over 6.5 million grids supplied since production started in 2002.

CellPave™ AP from Groundtrax is a ‘no-dig’ anchored ground reinforcement paving tile. It is installed quickly and easily and it provides a cost-effective way of reinforcing established grassed areas without the need for a sub-base. Ideal for car parking and to reinforce grassed aircraft runways, these grids are a much stronger alternative to roll-out meshes. Installation is by vibrating into the ground with a vibratory roller.

CellPave™ 65 heavy grade paving grids are the ideal solution for intensive car parking and HGV roadway access areas, being capable of withstanding heavy loads, particularly when filled with gravel. This high specification product is made in the UK. CellPave™ 65 will promote healthy grass growth due to the extra depth of the paver, aided by channel cut-outs in the wall structure which encourage root growth. The cut-outs also help water to drain away from the grids.

CellPave™ HD sets a new standard in permeable paving systems, being incredibly strong yet within manual handling limits and easy to install. Designed from the ground up, CellPave™ HD is proudly made in the UK from 100% recycled UK-sourced post-industrial polymers. Each paver is 600mm x 400mm x 75mm thickness (4.17 pavers per sq metre) and weighs 8Kg. The grid design featuring channel cut-outs allows interlocking stacking on pallets, resulting in reduced shipping costs.

Bodpave 85 porous pavers can be used in grass or gravel to provide a durable surface for regularly trafficked area. These strong interlocking grass pavers / paving grids are made from 100% recycled HDPE and are strong, chemically inert and non-toxic. Manufactured in the UK, the Bodpave 85 cellular plastic paving grid system provides a durable, safe and permeable surface.

Cellular Confinement System

Geotrax™ GC comprises expandable geocells that can be filled with site materials including soil, sand and gravel to create three-dimensional load spreading or containment systems. Constructed from 1.6mm perforated and textured HDPE, the cellular system is available in depths of 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. Geotrax™ GC works by distributing the downward forces from traffic over a wider area, thereby greatly reducing the pressure on the sub base. Typical uses include erosion control, retaining structures, tree root protection and temporary or permanent track and compound construction without disruptive digging. Savings can be made on the cost of infill material by using the system to reduce the overall construction depth.

GeoGrid System

Engineered GeoTrax™ GX geogrids are suitable for short and long-term soil reinforcement applications. Composed of high modulus polyester fibres, the geogrids are knitted in a flat orientation and protected by a polymeric coating.

Geotextiles

GeoTrax™ TS1000 is a general purpose, non-woven geotextile and is Groundtrax’s alternative to Terram T1000.
