Fabric Architecture Limited is a specialist company which designs, manufactures and installs tensile fabric structures. Solutions
- Shelter: this product comes in a variety of dimensions, shapes and designs. Single Conic, Stork, Pagoda and Halo are offered. It is weather proof and multi-functional; a shelter can be used to cover a market, an area of a school yard, a bus stop and walk ways, among many others.
- Walkways: walkways can feature perimeter or centre posts in both cantilever or barrel vault designs to accommodate the desired flow of traffic. They are easy to maintain and can last up to 30 years. A variety of style options is available: Hul walkway, Pagoda 7 section, Triple conic and classroom.
- Performance Areas: the company can install large tensile structures with a wide span, which can take into account coverage and light. Lighting and sound can also be integrated into the performance area. Custom-made structures are available, and the company offers a full design service. Such structure options as the Bandshell, Pagoda star, Sirocco and Pow-Wow are offered.
- Entrance Canopies or Brise Soleil: this product can be free standing or integrated to suit the individual building. A choice of colours is available in the textile and steel work. The structures available are: Iron Mountain, Skylar, Wave and Double Conic. The Brise Soleil can be used as a sun shelter in school playgrounds and to reduce heat and glare in classrooms.
- Feature Canopies: this product is particularly suitable for challenging spaces, such as courtyards, roof tops or narrow walk ways. Sculptural statement canopies incorporate colour, lighting and logos. The Pagoda Grande, Inverse Conic, Skylar and Mistral are the available structure designs.
- Public Art: the company specialises in creating one off, artistic pieces by commission. Signage and branding is also available.
- Internal tensile structures: a wide range of tensile structures is available, including the slowly moving Skylar Kite and the light-diffusing Juxtaform. A bespoke service is also available.
