Contracting and House Building Software Packages

Eque2's construction and house building software packages have been developed to provide automated and streamlined business processes for the management of the full construction and contracting lifecycle. The product categories include:

• Construction and House Building Accounting Software Products-ERP: Construction accounting software has been developed to improve commercial and financial efficiency. Eque2 has created a range of accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software packages which provide any construction or contracting business, whatever their size, with a business management solution. Products include: Construction Lite for Sage 50 Accounts for smaller companies with a turnover of less than £1m; Construction for Sage 50 Accounts for small to medium sized companies with a turnover of £1m-£5m; Construction for Sage 200 Accounts contract and project management software for moderately sized businesses with an annual turnover of £5m-£20; ERP EVision commercial, financial and operational business management software built upon Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and ERP Intuita for larger more complex construction and industry contractors with a turnover of £15m+.
• Estimating Software Products: Eque2's pre and post-contract estimating software products are designed to help maximise resources and maintain margins by producing rapid, accurate and consistent tenders, budget cost plans and final accounts. EValuate is a software package for construction contractors and sub-contractors with a turnover of more than £1m. Also available is EValuate Lite, a single-user system with the reduced functionality of the EValuate product.
• Complementary Software and Services: Eque2's complementary contracting software and services have been developed to either work independently or with the company's own range of construction and contracting software. The wide range of solutions is suitable for businesses of all sizes and turnovers and includes Project Portal, Document Distribution, Project Document Management, Financial Document Management, QuickMeasure OnScreen, Digitiser and Earthworks.
• Housebuilding Operational Software: Housebuilding is a software system which has been developed for house builders of any size and complexity. The system manages operational processes including initial land appraisal, build and sales and post-sales customer care, and is available as modules or a complete integrated solution. Housebuilding is ideal for companies that construct 100+ units per year.
