Established in 1985, Edinburgh Ceramics specialises in producing bespoke tile designs and murals for domestic interiors, and large and small scale commercial projects. All tiles are produced in the company’s Edinburgh studio, which clients are able to visit in order to discuss the design and end vision if desired.

Edinburgh Ceramics produces tiles for delivery throughout the UK and worldwide, with an efficient packaging service that prevents tiles from breaking during transportation.

Products

The company produces tile designs with many themes, including:

All tile compositions or tile murals are custom made to suit the client’s individual request, therefore creating work that will blend seamlessly into an existing area, or provide an artistic centrepiece. Edinburgh Ceramics has previously produced tiles for bathrooms, kitchens, Aga ovens, fireplaces and commercial shop fronts; creating appropriate work for varied and diverse locations.

The company also uses advanced digital ceramic tile techniques to permanently fire digital images onto tiles, with the same waterproof, scratch resistant, permanent results as the traditional method of producing a tile design. This equipment allows customers to provide any digital picture, such as a painting, or photograph to create a bespoke tile design from an inspiring image or personal illustration.
