Cut and Bent Reinforcement Bar

The high yield reinforcement bar range is available from stock in a wide range of diameters from 8mm to 40mm. Also, 6mm and 50mm diameters are available by special order. All the cut and bent reinforcement conforms to relevant British Standards and is also available in galvanised rebar and stainless steel.

Reinforcement Fabric

Reinforcement fabric is available in square mesh fabric, structural fabric, long mesh fabric, wrapping fabric, standard flying end fabric and cut and bent fabric. The made-to-measure and tailored fabrics offer accurate cover, faster laying times, less wastage and increased flexibility.

Prefabricated Reinforcements

Prefabricated reinforcement allows for a quicker and more accurate placement of reinforcement on-site, it eliminates steel losses, reduces issues with on-site steel identification and saves on labour. Applications include ground beams, column bases, pile cages, columns, heavy duty mats and walls.

Stainless Steel and Galvanised Rebar

The stainless steel rebar provides an increased life cycle of a structure and is a more expensive option at the outset, but over the design life of the structure the final cost is significantly reduced. The galvanised rebar is 8mm hot-dipped as standard and other sizes are available which can be cut, bent and galvanised, prolonging the lifespan of steel by at least 20 years.

Weldmesh

Weldmesh is a renowned brand of welded steel mesh which is available in sheets or rolls in any required specification. Range options available include Light Weldmesh (galvanised after manufacture), Heavy Weldmesh (galvanised after manufacture and self-colour), Stainless Steel Weldmesh 304 and Pre-Galvanised Weldmesh.

Gabions

Gabions are widely used as an effective solution to erosion and stabilising and strengthening embankments on roads, coastal areas, housing developments and railways. Gabions are made from welded wire mesh, which is quick and easy to install and then filled with an appropriate aggregate. Products include concertainer gabions, bastions, trapions, woven wire mattresses and cut and bent fabric. All concertainer gabions and mattresses are BBA certified for roads and bridges and general building regulations.

Lattice Girders

Devoran Metals can manufacture custom-made lattice girders for use in a range of applications from permanent precast concrete formwork to in-situ slabs. Girders can often be difficult to source as many are manufactured abroad, but Devoran can offer a fast and efficient delivery.

Kota Screed Rails

Devoran supplies Kota screed rails which are widely used for the professional installation of industrial concrete floors. The rails are lightweight and easy to handle, extremely robust, resistant to corrosion, can be used with vibrator beams and the waved design allows for strong joints.

Garden Rebar Products

Due to popular demand, Devoran has created a range of items and sculptures for gardens. The products can be manufactured in a range of shapes and sizes to suit individual requirements. Designs have included climbing umbrellas, bird feeders, arches, trellis, supports, bird feeders and wigwams.
