Davuka GRP is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of decorative cornice, coving, architectural mouldings, columns, skirting boards, corbels and ceiling roses from the world’s top manufacturer Orac. All the products are manufactured to satisfy the highest European standards and the range encompasses every modern and traditional style requirement to suit any room or property type.

The majority of products are available from stock and can be delivered by the next working day throughout the UK. The products are manufactured to a very high quality and are delivered pre-primed and should be lightly sanded and cleaned prior to painting. Davuka GRP offers two main ranges; Décor is the premium range manufactured by injecting into a high pressure mould to provide a perfect finish and Axxent which is made by extrusion and offers excellent quality and price.

Both of the ranges are impossible to distinguish from plaster, are extremely strong and resilient against knocks and as they are so light in weight can be simply fixed with adhesive. Unlike plaster mouldings, the Orac range shows no visible joints or cracks if Extra Fix adhesive is used, which welds the mouldings together. In the event of heat and/or humidity changes, tensions which may occur will be diverted along the complete length of the mouldings, keeping the joints in perfect condition.

Coving and Cornice

Davuka offers three styles of coving and cornice including flexible, uplighting troughs and 127mm trade coving in a huge array of Victorian, Georgian, Art Deco and contemporary profiles. All are finished with an undercoat primer. Options include:

• The Décor cornice is handmade and can be cut easily and cleanly for perfect joints and available in 2m lengths
• The flexible mouldings are manufactured in a rubberised material which enables it to be installed on curved walls and it is available in 2m lengths
• The Axxent range is a heavier and more cost effective alternative to the Décor range. Axxent is water-resistant and prices are quoted per individual length
• Contemporary coving offers a modern and simple look and prices are quoted per individual piece
• Indirect/uplighting cornice provides rooms with a feeling of warmth and elegance with a full room surround lighting effect
• Trade Supercove is a dense, foamed polyurethane covered in a high paperboard which is fast and easy to install. Packs comprise of 12 x 2m lengths plus 4 cartridges of filler/adhesive, 3m and 4m packs are available upon request

Ceiling Decorations

Davuka supplies an extensive range of ceiling roses, wall/ceiling tiles and domes which can be easily fitted by professionals and DIYers. The products provide the same visual appearance and detailing as plaster, but are manufactured from much lighter materials. There is a wide range of designs and styles in many sizes to suit any type of property and all are supplied in a high quality white primer ready for painting.

Wall Decorations

Columns

The columns are predominantly designed and specified for interior applications, but can be installed outside if they are treated with an application of external grade paint. The columns are designed around Greek and Roman styles and are supplied with a primer base and can be very easily painted, marbled or textured to suit individual requirements. Options within this range include full columns, half columns and pilasters.

Accessories
